![]() Then draw a line down the middle of the beak. The beak should start a little bit above the center of the bird’s head, then end a little below the center. Then draw a small circle area for the eye, then continue down to the neck area. Start right under the “triangle shape” added to the top of the bird’s head and create a jagged line decline toward the center of the bird’s head. Now we are going to draw the facial details and feathers to our cardinal. ![]() The last two random shapes we are going to add before we add some detail are a semi-circle at the bottom of our body, Then add a tale shape coming off the top part of that semi-circle ( use the picture below as a guide). Then connect the head and the body with a curved line in the front and back of the head. Next, draw a larger circle under the head toward the left side of the circle we drew for the head. The top part of the cardinal’s head should start in the middle of the left side of the bird’s head, then it should blend into the front of the head.
